Perhaps it's the method you're trying to use. Have you tried selecting 'Go Advanced' and using the 'Manage Attachments' feature?

i bought 2 sets of 4 camco screw up stands, the aluminum ones on amazon for $30 a set, best thing ive done so far for my 313, i use 2 stands under the a frame up front to handle the side to side, 2 stands on each side of the trailer, and 2 stands by them selves to support the door steps, my trailer is solid as a rock now and walking inside doesnt make it bounce anymore. not bad for $60.

Thanks for the info on the CAMCO stands!!! I am buying some right now.......they sound like the best solution to stop the 313 'squiggle/wiggle/shake' problem. And, yes the stairs could use some support too..... Our next trip with the 313 will be on Jan 11,2016 to Grassy Key(in the Florida Keys) for a week. We will try out the Camco stands on that trip.

Working to mount a set of JT Strong Arm's on a 2017 Reflection 315RLTS. After taking the required measurements and having a worthless and aggravating call to Lippert I find the following.
I opted for the JT Strong Arm stabilizers so I would not 'violate' my warranty. I called their support line for options only to have the manual read to me, no alternative ideas given. When I ask about supplementing the frame by adding angle iron or box channel to be within the 'specified' locations, I was told that could void the warranty.
So here is where I am:
The only suitable rear chassis mount point is the bottom of the hitch tube. This should work but has the potential of affecting ground clearance.
In the front of the camper, the closest C channel is over 20" forward of the electric stabilizer jacks. This is outside of Lippert's "required" specifications according to the Lippert manual which MUST be between 6"-18". I did find a small (1 1/4") angle iron cross member under the chloroplast that is within the Lippert required measurements but I'm concerned about how sturdy this would be as an attachment point.
Last Lippert specifies placement 27 3/4" behind the front jack for the front to rear Strong Arm attachment point to the trailer frame. According to the Lippert Customer "no-service" person that value is the only acceptable attachment point ("because that is what the manual says"). On my camper that position is exactly where a propane T connection is mounted.
For reference I have attached a rough line drawing of my unit's undercarriage. Click image for larger version.

OK, I know I can relocate the propane-T, and I'm venting a little.
Has anyone actually installed a set of JT Strong Arm stabilizers on a 315RLTS? If so what attachment points did you use, and how are they working?

What did you end up doing? We just picked up 2017 315RLTS and it moves so much.
