We have a 2022 reflection 337rls and are on our 3rd microwave. The inside of the door and frame seem to be melting. The one we just installed appears to be doing the same thing, making it #4 . Has anyone else had this problem?

After 3, I think I would start looking for a different brand MW to install instead.

Would get some measurements on the opening/depth and see if another brand could be found. We've had good luck with Panasonic Inverter microwaves, and would look to replace the oem one in our trailer to one when it goes out. Definitely get one that you can get a trim kit for it too.

First off, it looks like you're new here, welcome to the forum. Where did these three microwaves come from? Perhaps one might be bad, possibly two, but if three have gone bad it suggests to me that something else is going on. Have you been in contact with GD customer service?

Only issue we have experienced so far was the MW door had a loose fit and we could see witness marks of the door rubbing against the MW housing when traveling. I placed a rubber washer at the top between the door and MW housing on travel days to eliminate the rubbing with good results.

Grand design has replaced all of these microwaves so far. Our dealer researched the problem and has come up with warped door. The last one we installed, #3 , has been used once. This is our second 5th wheel, first was a Wildcat, which we absolutely loved, and had very few issues. However, we ended up totalling that one out ant Wildcat changed their design. Grand design had a fabulous reputation and the layout we loved. We have had more issues with this camper in 5 months than the 7 years we had the other.

It is a furrion microwave that many manufacturers use. It could happen to anyone with any make of trailer
