    Victron BMV-712 smart question

Woke up at 5 this AM to a beeping sound. Isolated it to the Victron. Alarm was going off notifying me that it had reached the deepest discharge to date (-106Ah leaving batteries at 47% and voltage at 11.1). That didn't look right as I know we've pulled more Ah before and I've never seen less than 13.2v. Logged in via BT with their app and looked at history and sure enough deepest discharge was -161Ah. So curious why the alarm went off? It was cloudy most of the last three days so topped off the batteries with generator in evening (two nights at HH locations) but I've done longer periods and never seen voltage in the 11s or had the alarm go off.

that seems odd, what kind of batteries are you using? How old are they? I am thinking the batteries may not be holding the charge as they did before. Just a guess. I have Victron, although fairly new and have not had any alarm issues yet. My suggestions check your batteries with an external meter and or load to see what the result are.

2 100Ah Battleborns purchased early this year and installed in April.

Right or wrong, here are the settings I’m using (same battery set up as you). I don’t know what some of those mean but I did get some guidance from BB.

Pretty close. Only differences are I have charged voltage set to 14.4 (that from Battleborn tech folks - solar seems to top out at 14.6v) and I have all alarms turned off (not the top slider but all the rest) which is why I was surprised to hear it.

I'm trying to make sense of what occurred the other night. Below are two historical plots from the victron which don't make sense to me, particularly the almost immediate soc return which would have happened half hour underway.
