Have you read the article from The Associated Press, "Crowded campsites, high demand cause fights, 'camp pirates" 9/24/2022? The article was about Oregon but I'm sure it is happening in a lot of other state and local parks. Maybe because these type of sites are cheap compared to privately owned park sites. I'm also sure this has been going on a long time but is now getting reported more widely.

With the increased amount of people living and fulltiming in RVs, some because they can't afford housing or whatever and the explosion in RV sales, seems like a lot of things are coming together to cause this kind of problem. Sad state of affairs'.
