Factory warranty work
The Momentum is going in for warranty work in October for 3 days. Has a anyone been there recently for any repairs? What is the process in letting them know you are there, and making reservations at their campground?
Service department requested three days for repairs. Are they normally correct on the time needed? What about our household items in the coach, do you just move the items that could be in the way of repairs?
We are planning a trip to Indiana Sand Dunes NP while it is in service. Hopefully it goes well and we can keep traveling.
Anything else I should know??

They recently opened a new large repair facility, your best bet would be to call and ask GD what their process is. It may have changed.
We dropped ours off at the older facility about 5 years ago and it was not emptied, we were going to the Rally following the repair. They moved what they needed out of the way and everything was in it's place when we picked it up, but most repairs were done on the basement area and under the coach.Marcy & Gary

I wished calling and talking to some one was that easy. After emails and phone calls I am still in the dark other than, I hope with fingers crossed, that the service date is for the 19th.

You have two options:
1.) Leave at "old" campground overnight and they'll tote it over to the repair facility the following morning
2.) Be at the new facility at 6 AM to drop off the trailer bright and early. <-- is the preferred method
The two facilities are not exactly close. There are NO plans to build a campground at the new facility as it's inside city limits.

Gousehold items can remain as long as they do no hinder whatever repairs are being done (i.e. leaving stuff in cabinet that is getting repaired).
Time frame being correct depends on what they are fixing and if they run into any unforseen circumstances. Usually pretty accurate.
Make sure they are aware if you have food in fridge!

We can take the salmon off your hands for you if that would help.
BTW, @ktnissen - here are some "bonus" forum tips:
1) If you use "Reply With Quote" (to the right of "Reply") as I have here, folks will know to whom you are responding and that person will get a notification.
2) You can also tag folks using the "@" symbol and their user name (as I have done yours) - they'll also get a notification that way.
3) You can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question - and others won't have to ask. You can create a signature by going to:
Forum Actions (on menu bar) -> Edit Profile -> Edit Signature (under My Settings on the left)
