I forgot about the basement and wet bay, but they are on the same bathroom GFCI as the exterior outlet.
gonna repeat myself - bypass the GFCI to verify it work and it isn't a downstream problem. Or - just replace it.

I just went through this. Had power at my bath GFI but nothing downstream. . . . It was a faulty GFI. Take your GFI apart & wire nut the wires together and check for power downstream.

If you have a voltmeter there is a bit simpler way - If the GFI is reset and has power in the sockets, check for voltage across the "Load" contacts. If you have voltage across the load contacts, the GFI is good. This way, you don't have to take the wires off.

This may sound a little strange, but it has worked for me many times... Being a licensed electrician I got many calls from the local trailer parks saying that "half" of their trailer's plugs quit working. I developed a plan... Turn on everything and plug a hi-wattage or drill motor into as many dead receptacles as possible. While the lamp is plugged into a receptacle and turned on, go to EVERY receptacle and 120 volt switch and smack hard on the wall near each one. When the light flickers or you can hear the drill, you have found the device with the bad connection!
