Several things under our new camper I cannot identify. I think the Fresh Water Tank Drain is the large PVC fitting with the pull handle. The pair of plastic tube over the axle coming out the coroplast have me scratching my head.

The LP header looks to have a fitting to connect an external griddle or camp stove. I would very much like to know what sort of fitting would be on the receiving end of the hose going to the stove/griddle.

The white one, with the pull valve is the fresh water dump.

The two blue ones are the fresh water over flow drains

The aluminum block is the quick connect for propane, you might have an outside kitchen that would connect to it, or yes, you can connect a grill without the regulator that came with it to the port

With a hose like this -

Should be. You will need to remove the regulator from the grill, unless the grill's regulator is on the hose.

Is this under the driver’s side (left) of the RV? Usually the fresh dump valve and fresh tank vent lines are under the left side and the auxiliary propane connector is usually on the right side. The propane connector you show would work for a grill or fire pit but I think it might be on the wrong side of the unit and it looks like it is rather far under the unit compared to others I have seen.

Doug, the items are on the curb side. The LP header has the one connection covered, unused and with a hand valve. There is a 1" diameter grommeted hole in the siding near the header to run a hose out to a grill/stove.
