Compass Connect in 2021 Reflection 315
Hello all, I recently purchased a 2021 Reflection 315 and I have been trying to set up the Compass Connect. I can't seem to get it to work. Whenever I try to scan the QR code my phone does nothing. I then do a search and when it brings up the one control and I select it most of the time nothing happens. Every once in awhile it asks me for my code which I read off the control panel and when I input that it also does nothing. I have tried using both the Compass Connect app and the One Control app and am not getting anywhere. I emailed GD and was actually asking if the build sheet showed that it had Compass Connect as an option on my unit but the customer service agent that replied did not tell me whether my trailer had it or not but said I should call in from the trailer and they would help me. I really was trying to see if mine had that option so I wasn't going down a long road trying to diagnose it and it not even having it. Another question I asked GD was where the module might be located as I see many people saying to reset the box and I don't know where it is. So, with my long winded story, Does anyone have any suggestions? Can anyone tell me where the module is located to reset it? Thanks in advance.

My one control Unity board on my 312 bhts is behind the panel in the basement storage. It is behind the large rear panel. In my case it controls some main 3 lighting circuits, the awning, the slides, and the stabilizer jacks.

I fought the app when our TT was new, gave up and called customer service. Even CS had challenges. But once my phone app connected it was worked perfectly for over a year now.

Have you tried the One Control app? It's all coming back to me now, I never could get Compass Connect or the QR code to work, OneControl was as easy as making a Bluetooth connection.

Soundsailor, I tried both apps and the One Control seemed to get me closer but neither one did anything once I put the code. I’m going to trying reloading my apps, reboot the module if I find it and get close to the controller to try and make it work,
