Just an FYI:

I contacted Grand Design regarding this issue and they said warranty only one year BUT warranty would only cover product defects not an issue like this.

Wow I am very disappointed. I heard such raving reviews about customer service.

Buyer beware!!!

Unless Jayco still has a two-year warranty, you won't find anything different with any other RV manufacturers.

When it needs it. Just like around your windows and lights on the exterior. It is important to inspect this stuff frequently

My camper is a 2022. I have never heard of re-calking sinks and such every few months or even once per year.

NO - I have owned campers for 30 plus years and never had to re-calk a sink in ANY of them - ever.

I haven’t either but any other trailers had a drop in sink not an under mount type

I just mention the roof because you seemed shocked that any part of the trailer should need this type of maintenance and I hope you have been on your roof to inspect it before a leak occurs there
