The switch is on (one bar side), virtual switch is off. I pretty confident on the wiring as the multimeter shows 120 on both legs going in. VE Configure also shows 120 going in and nothing out. Victron connect will not connect to it on the computer though VE Configure does,

Thanks for that idea, to turn off the physical switch for 15 minutes, and then back on. It didn't change anything.

Dang. It's so hard to troubleshoot these without true native logging software. It's one of the #1 reasons I installed the Cerbo GX (along with remote access to it from anywhere as long as as I had internet).
Are you sure you didn't wire the AC OUT into the AC2 output? I only ask because I've seen it done a few times by mistake.

You have probably considered this but do you have a well grounded unit (Directly to the frame)? Victron units are particularly fussy about grounding.

I had a similar issue the first time I used my MPII with the rv connected to my generator via shore cable. Had to go into the inverter configuration and change a setting that had something to do with “weak AC input” (sorry can’t remember the exact setting name). The MP passed through as expected after that setting was changed. I’d go into your inverter configuration settings via Ethernet cable directly to a laptop.

I had a horrible time getting the Onan 4k to pass thru our Multiplus 12/2000. It was suggested that I do a consult with Daniel Heming at RV Solar Consultation. Daniel was able to get everything lined out very quickly for me and was well worth the little it costs. His knowledge of these systems and proper troubleshooting of problems is second to none in my book.

I had a similar problem with my multiplus. I turned off the DC input breaker that I installed between batteries and inverter. And disconnected shore power (ac input). Waited a minute or 2 and turned everything back on and turned on inverter. Everything worked fine. Not sure what was wrong but turning off all power to inverter fixed it. It has been working fine since. Hope you get up and running.
