It definitely looks like you have a leak in your pressure switch (or previously had a leak).

Since this has been a long term problem for you, I would replace your water pump with a Shur-Flo pump. Originally, I had that yellow pump on my 310GK and it was giving me intermittent problems, so, I replaced it with a "tried-and-true" Shur-Flo and the problem was solved.

Worst case, you have a backup water pump (I always carry a spare water pump).

PS: If I were having the problems you are having, I would also replace the flexible hose coming from the water tank with a new PEX line (I would also replace the output line with PEX at the same time). I would also replace the in-line filter/strainer when I installed the new pump.
