Interior slide trim loose
The vertical interior slide trim on my 2800BH has come loose. Can I reattach with construction adhesive or?

No you should not do this. Trim may need to be removed if the slideout ever needs to be serviced by removing it.

If it's the decorative trim that hides the seals when the slide is closed then yes, Brad nails only in case they need to be removed to work on the slide as mentioned. If its the corner pieces, then I'd glue as oppose to nails.
