UV sealant protection package
Has anybody bought the UV protection packages on a new reflection. It’s for as long as you own your RV, The dealer wants $3800, they apply it before leaving the dealership and every 4 years after that is no cost to me. It’s supposed to keep the finish from fading and the decals from cracking. I was wondering if it’s worth it

Probably not. In my opinion, You can keep a nice wax job on the rig and it will be looking good for a long time.

If you use the search function on the forum (top right on the menu bar), you'll find this question has been asked and answered a number of times. The consensus seems to be that all of these dealer add-ons are just money-makers for the dealerships. Save your money and use good finish care products yourself.

FYI, everything any business does is a money maker, no surprise there.
Check the fine print. There are probably so many hoops to run through that you will not jump through one right and then you will be be left holding the bag.
Working at a dealership for many years, the person selling you the policy is paid handsomely and that is why it is pushed. The company that makes the product usually banks on the fact the customer will not read the fine print OR will forget they have it.
Is it a good product? Probably, but certainly not worth the money they are asking for the service. You are mostly paying for insurance. Rarely does insurance ever pay out but the peace of mind knowingly you can sleep at night is worth the cost.

Not worth the money. Average person keeps their rig 5 years. That means that if you are ritual about the treatment it will be done twice at a cost of $1900 bucks a pop. I had my 38 foot rig fully detailed for 400 bucks this past April. At $3800 that is 9.5 waxes. That’s twice a year for 4.5 years.

That's what the dealership does not mention. Read the fine print. Figure out the cost. Figure out if you are willing to jump through the hoops of their product.
Usually, when you think about it, there are better ways to spend your money.
