    Delamination below bedroom slide out.

I just noticed that the sidewall below the rear corner of the closet slide on my 2016 303 is delaminating. Discovered a void in the framing in the bottom right corner. Approximate size is 1 3/4”L, 1 1/2”H, 1”W. Water definitely sets in here as I scraped mud out of the void. Have since looked at two other 303’s (2015, 2016), and found the exact same delamination and void. Anyone else found this problem?

Thanks for the post. Going to check my 2016 337 in that corner. Had some water into the basement right below that corner of my bedroom slide during a pretty good storm a few weeks ago.

It looks like possibly there is a break in the silicone where the bulb seal meets the side seal. I'll take a closer look at our slide tomorrow, we recently resealed along that side after finding a few loose screws on the side seal.

Run your finder horizontally along the sidewall edge under the slide and see if there’s a gap in the aft corner. It appears that the cross member frame is too short.

We have a 2015 293RES Reflection and we have the same issue. At the owner’s rally, the service techs resealed around the slider when we pointed out the bubbling however they didn’t address the hole in the bottom right corner of the slider which is causing our water damage. The Operations Director was not interested in repairing the side (even at a later date) and said it would cost over $10,000. Our mechanic at home looked at it and he found the hole in the same place Jan found hers, and said it was wet and shouldn’t be there so he sealed it up. It appeared to him to be a manufacturing defect. We have also had water in our basement and didn’t know the source - maybe this was it. We will have our Fifth Wheel checked for mold. When I looked around the other week, I did find a thread from awhile ago on this same topic - can’t find it right now but obviously it’s an on-going issue. Click image for larger version.
