battery disconnect switch out but most things getting power

    Reference our 2022 3250bh.
    on shore power. new battery.
disconnect switch is not plugged in, but getting 12v to all lights, furnace, etc.
not getting power are stabilizer jacks or 12v only refrigerator.
plug in battery disconnect switch and all 12v systems lose power.
    110v systems working ok.
battery replaced at recommendation of GD and RV Complete techs. Battery had experienced full discharge a couple of times at least.
Camper was functioning normally one month ago.

This is common (well part of it). Not everything is wired to be disconnected when the disconnect switch is disconnected. Depending how they wired your converter, if on shore power you could still have 12v to some items with the disconnect switch disconnected.

Did any wires get moved around on the battery swap?

You shouldn't lose power when putting the key in the disconnect switch. Wonder if the switch is bad?

Is it all 12v items losing power, or only ones that go through the One Control system?

12v stuff working includes stuff from the command center and my lights in storage and outside kitchen.
Not working is my refrigerator and stabilizer jacks.
I noticed no power lights on solar controller, which may be associated with refrigerator not working. seems I read once there is some relationship there.

Have you looked for any blown fuses for the jack or fridge (maybe solar controller like you mentioned)? I dont mean the fuses in the fuse box, but elsewhere. The jack system has multiple fuses on the main controller which should be towards the ceiling of the very front storage bay. Also, the One Control main module has multiple fuses on it (should be located behind false wall in basement).

Is there a separate power disconnect switch somewhere for the solar controller?

That eliminates a fuse or power disconnect for the fridge, are the lights on the solar controller working?

If you have intermittent working and non working, I think it could be a loose wire on the 12v circuit.

On shore power will power many of the 12VDC systems because the converter will be making 12VDC and powering those items, even without a battery connected. The stabilizer jacks and refrigerator may be wired to the battery ahead of the cutoff switch, so they will only work if the battery is charged and properly connected. Check the voltage at your battery and check to be sure the cables are connected properly, + to + and - to -. It is possible the polarity is reversed and when you activate the cutoff switch the reversed polarity is overloading the converter. There are usually fuses in the converter that should blow if you have reversed polarity on the battery but nothing is absolute in this old world.

+1 on that assumption. Disconnect from shore power with the battery disconnect still off and those other systems should stop working (minus a few little things like the carbon monoxide detector.) I have my lithiums disconnected, still on shore power, and still can run everything. System is operating like it should so all is normal.
