Bedroom door frame issue

The hinge side of bedroom door frame is coming away from the wall and seems to be warping at the bottom. This is pushing the bottom of the door to the point it is very difficult to close. After contacting grand design they said I’d need to take it into a dealer to assess. Hoping to remedy this issue myself if possible but not sure how I’d go about doing that.
