    Bedroom Electric Slide Hesitation

We just returned from both the farthest and longest camping trip we've been on as a family. Two weeks and a thousand miles later, I've noticed an issue with the bedroom slide.
Arrival at the site event went fine, but during our stay I noticed a section of trim underneath the bed that holds two rollers beginning to separate. The trim runs width wise along the bottom portion of the frame through which the bedroom slide goes in and out. I do not know what is underneath, but it doesn't appear to fully support the slide.
Then, during breakdown before we left, the slide itself hesitated greatly and acted as if it was bound up while I was rolling it in. It did the same thing once we returned while I was rolling it back out.
Any help is incredibly appreciated, we're wanting to go again in a few weeks but I do NOT want this getting worse and would love to have it rectified. Click image for larger version.

What type of slide is it? It does sound like it has gotten out of alignment.
