Looks like a lot of wasted space unless you're traveling with 4 other people. I never have understood the desire of the RV industry to give us enough seating for a half-dozen people at the expense of usable space.

I agree. At some point you have to ask yourself - do I really need this?

I know Marcy will not like that kitchen. You're trapped next to the stove. If something splatters you can't get out of the way.Plus an island allows someone to go around to get something even if someone else is there already. That would be a one person at a time space.

I'll have to agree with the others - not a practical floorplan... and one of the most obnoxious presenters I've ever heard.

Downside for me is no dinette with the slide in. We like to pull over anywhere that works for a potty/lunch break while traveling. Having no where to sit and eat is a deal breaker for us.
Not a big fan of L shaped sofas anyways. Who doesn't sit in a sofa with a drink or snack once in awhile? No where to put my R&C.
