2023 National Rally, registration opens in April

Just a little heads up GD National Rally date has changed slightly so now it will not run into Labor Day weekend. It'll end on a Thursday allowing some to keep their Labor Day plans (if they drive fast ) This info will hopefully help those who have to put in for vacation time early.

The new dates are

Aug 28 - 31(Mon -Thur), 2023

It's actually held in Goshen, IN, at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. Doubtful it'll change next in '23.

@A.Texas.Yankee, thanks for the reply. Goshen is correct, the location is the same as Last years. The Rally website is in the works of being updated . It isn't quite ready for '23 yet , that's why I didn't include a link. But for those interested sign up there for email updates.

I have signed up two times for email communications about the national rally, but have not heard a thing. (?)

As of now there really isn't anything new to hear. You will get notification prior to the sign up with dates and a link. Other info will arrive as it becomes available. Also once you sign up to get into the rally notifications will increase.... Until then please be patient.

I have a meeting next week and if there is anything new and of value I'll pass it on here.

Speaking of the Rally. I found out yesterday that unfortunately there will not be a 3rd Annual Golf Scrambles Tournament this year. It's apparently due to the date change to a Monday start. We're very disappointed, as are the people that have attended the past two tournaments and intended to play again this year.

Thank you for this information. Do you start the registration process on April 1 at noon by clicking on the Purchase Tickets button or should you press Purchase Tickets before noon and start from the EventBrite page and click reserve a spot at noon? Knowing how quickly these things sell out, I do not want to waste any steps!
