Trust needs to be earned. I don't think there's a guaranty that anything built anywhere will not fail or have an issue.

FWIW a 5200# dexter axle is about $375. The whole axle, brakes and bearings is $700.
$200 to ship to a business out to the west coast.

Yeah, mine was much smaller and I went through the local dexter distributor, so no shipping, IIRC. This was after a local rv repair shop wanted way too much for this fairly simple job.

I had bad tire wear on my Alaskan trip this year. I assumed I bent the axel. I just finished swapping the bad 4400# axel with a new 6000# axel with new springs, brakes and drums. Shipped to my home for $1k. I would MUCH rather do that than bend my spindle back in place.

Just the one that was bent. I may replace the other one next year.
