    Imagine 2250rk furnace won’t ignite

Trying to start furnace due to cold. Blower comes on. You can smell propane. Tries to ignite but nothing. Any thoughts? Can you manually light the pilot or is it a sealed system

It's a sealed system. It sounds like one of two issues. Either the igniter, or the control board. Either one you will need to remove the heater to get to them. You can remove the outside cover and use a meter to check the voltages.

It is possible that moisture got into where the ignitor is and you have ice on it? If the blower starts, your sail sw is indicating good air flow. If you smell propane the solenoid is opening. Seems spark would be your issue. Do you hear clicking? Take a look at the ignitor/flame sensor. Check the wiring to it. If it's wet or iced, hit it with a hair dryer for a bit to de-ice or dry. Don't try to fire up furnace while you have the dryer on it. Check the gap at the end of the ignitor. It may be bent and gap could be too large or non existent.
(Depending of course on being able to see around the ignitor - I don't have the same trailer so don't know exactly what you have)
