Trouble getting the fridge to switch from electric to propane!

I have tried numerous times to get the fridge to lite on propane. Primed many times by following the direction in the manual. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Can you provide some more info on the camper you have and fridge manufacturer and model.

The Norcold 2118 owner's manual states that above 5500 feet of elevation, you should consider running on electrical. I'm not sure what your elevation is, but if you're above 5500 feet, this may be why you're having a problem. The photo below is a cut and paste I did from the owner's manual:

Has the propane option worked on it before? Did you run out of propane and just switched bottles? If checking at the lower access panel can you hear the igniter clicking when the propane option is selected?

I can hear the ignite clicking. It has worked one other time on propane. I have propane in the tanks. I am also in North Dakota so elevation isn't an issue.

When I encounter this issue, I turn on the stove for 30 seconds or so to make sure all the air is out of the propane lines, then try to reignite the refrigerator.
