    Unhappy Electric heat option?

    Hello,
    I am sure I am overlooking something, but does the 303RLS have an electric heat switch... I see the label for gas heat and one for electric heat, but there is no switch on the panel. ??

    Are you referring to the furnace or the water heater?

    On our 2019 reflection inside control panel, we have a switch for both Electric and Gas which is for the Hot Water Tank operation. Our furnace is only gas.

    @Lnadine -

    It appears you got your question answered... here are a few forum tips:

    1) If you use "Reply With Quote" (to the right of "Reply") as I have here, folks will know to whom you are responding and that person will get a notification.

    2) You can also tag folks using the "@" symbol and their user name (as I have done yours) - they'll also get a notification that way.

    3) Since you are a forum sponsor, you can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question - and others won't have to ask. Both the model and year of your RV are important as appliances and configurations can change from year to year. You can create a signature by going to:

    Forum Actions (on menu bar) -> Edit Profile -> Edit Signature (under My Settings on the left)

    I don’t know what year 303 you have, but our 2019 has electric heat via the “fireplace”, under the TV. You can either use the buttons on the fireplace (hard to see/find, the first time) or you can use the small remote. We keep the remote in the cup holder that is between the two recliners. It fits there very well, as the cup holder doesn’t get used for much else.

    The other option for electric heat is whether one of your AC units is equipped with a heat pump. If your thermostat shows an option for electric heat and gas heat, then you may have a heat pump. Check your build sheet to be sure.

    My rig is gas only and we find the electric option is the fireplace which during our recent below zero freeze in Texas kept us at a toasty 68-70 with no problem whatsoever.
