One Connect

Just brought home a 22' Refelection 303rls and trying to hook up the One Connect. Downloaded the app, it asks me to scan a QR Code but I don't have any idea what to scan. There is no sticker near the control panel. The other option is the manual option which asks me to locate the Gateway. I have no idea where that is located either. Anyone have any ideas on how to connect?

We have a 2022 Imagine; our code was on the gateway box underneath bathroom sink. Yes, we had to remove the 1 or 2 screws to remove the flimsy panel that was blocking it.

If you are connecting with a phone or pad, just do it manually from the phone or pad settings. There should also be a Bluetooth button on the One Control pad. Post a pic of the pad.

Check your paperwork that came in the GD bag. Our QR code was on a piece of paper, GD stopped putting the code on the panel.

How did you know it was under the sink behind a panel? I don't want to disassemble the entire trailer looking for it.

There is no pad. To connect manually it tells me to find the Gateway.....which I can't find.

You have no control pad for the coach?

There might be a control pad in the pass through storage on the driver side (that's where it was located in our Reflection).

Which app do you have? For me, I just connected via Bluetooth and everything worked fine.
