    Any suggestions?
    Get the longer antenna.

No tow mode. No wires, no mounts.

Good looking install, I especially like how you tapped into the console for power. How easily does it come on and off?

Thanks. The cool dude rubber ducky helps a lot with install[emoji1787].

If you mean the upper console removal: The console has 2 8mm screws inside the sunglass door and then there are also 2 clips you use a flathead on. Once those two clips are released it’s just wiring. I drilled a small hole up inside to feed my power and ground through. There is a screw up in the headliner used to hold a wiring track. I used that as my ground and found key on power in the main plug via test light.

If you mean the display and Haloview mount it is just two rubber straps around the mirror.

Yeah, I took a closer look at the photo you posted and saw that. I also have the Haloview mount, but the version I have came with Velcro straps. When I'm sliding it on it can trigger buttons on the mirror (Onstar). I'd prefer something more like what you have.

Mine came with the Velcro straps as well. I figured I would try the rubber bands first and while the are a little bit of a stretch they hold well for now. We shall see how long they last.
