Suburban SW12DEL no power to the board, thermostats or gas valve.

2019 351M with touch screen control. As it says in the title. 120 works fine but when I turn on the gas I can hear a click behind the cabinet like a relay or switch but I have no power to the board, thermostat or gas valve. I also had the board tested and it tests good. Anyone have any ideas?

Could it be a bad switch?

​Check all the connections at the back of the heater as well as the switch in the control panel.

Well that's part of my problem, it's a touch screen so no switch.

Thanks. I already checked everything at the heater end and don't have power anywhere. And it's a touch screen control panel so no actual "switch." I'll have to look up a schematic for the back of the touch screens. Has anyone else out there had to remove and check their touchscreen controller?? Checking for power behind ther is a good idea thanks, now I just have to figure out how to get to the back of it. They sure don't build these as maintenance friendly ��

The touch screen is powering something, the click you hear isn't coming from the touch screen. What's behind it?

That's a good question. I can't see any way to get a panel off to get behind it and surely don't want to break it trying to pull it out. I'll have to do some looking. If anyone gas had to pull one out I'd love a tip!
