It wouldn’t be a trailer I would want because of the low cargo capacity but I can’t decide that for you
Just making you aware you likely will be over. Will that matter… maybe. It could leave to suspension issues or could be fine
Tandems have a higher cargo capacity generally
Most don’t think they will add a lot of weight,700 lbs sounds like a lot, but it adds up quickly especially adding more power needs

That's because your first post after joining contained a link (to the GD web site). First posts with links automatically go into moderation and have to be approved by a moderator before they appear.
As far as weights are concerned, units typically come off the line weighing a couple of hundred pounds more than the brochure weights stated and don't include batteries, propane, fresh water, etc. The package with the extra solar panel and inverter will also add weight... it all adds up and, on a single-axle trailer, can result in a very low cargo carrying capacity.
