Did you try clearing the cache? If so, try clearing data, you'll just have to sign back in and set everything back up.

I tried it all, cleared the cache, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, signed out and back in.

Reboot the phone?

If that doesn't/didn't work, hold it with both hands at about waist level, take a step forward while simultaneously releasing the device, as it's falling being your dominant for forward in a rapid motion so that it connects with the device in mid air. Hopefully, you do this outside and can locate the device again. If Tapatalk still doesn't work, repeat until the device no longer works.

It's a great excuse to get some frustrations out and to upgrade to a new device. [emoji41][emoji57][emoji848]

Well, then it sounds like you will have to wait for Tapatalk support. The guy is not the most responsive. When I had issues a couple of months ago, it took them about a month to fix the issue. It was "back end" stuff.

They might have to reset your account on the server, I dunno.

Do you have another device you can try it on? That way you can possibly try to narrow it down to your account.

I've had good luck in the past, Chris is usually who responds to my messages. I can install the app on my wife's phone and see if it works, good idea, didn't even think of it.

You might try uninstalling and reloading tapatalk if you are having issues. Based on testing you should be able to load images - note that heic file formats (common now on iphones) may not be supported.

I've tried your suggestion multiple times. I've contacted Tapatalk support and they say they are looking into it. No iPhone here, I'm allergic to apples [emoji6]
