OK thanks for that info.
...If one of you doesn't mind, please take a quick look at my pics.
1. Does that look like normal, but bad calcium build-up/corrosion? If so, with the CLR chemical, what type of "scrubber" would be best?
2. To remove the faucet, do I simply take off those two hoses, loosen the fittings, and lift the faucet out?

1. That looks pretty normal for hard water buildup, it looks likely there was a slow leak from under the faucet handle so that reinforces my opinion that the faucet needs replaced. To get rid of the buildup use a table knife to carefully remove as much of it as you can without damaging the counter or sink. Soak a paper towel with CLR and put it on there and let it soak for a couple of hours then use one of the standard kitchen green scrubbers to finish cleaning it up.
2. Yep, remove the hoses, remove the 2 black plastic nuts and lift it out. Take it with you to the store and compare it to the one you want to buy to be sure it will fit.2022 Reflection150 226RK

If the areas you camp at have hard water, A water softener is strongly suggested. All the calcium you see is also building up in your water heater. If you havent you will want to clean the heater with one of those heater wands if it's a tank. If not follow mfr directions on decalcifying a tankless.
The water softener will extend the life of the water heater

Thanks everyone for the guidance -- the new sink was easy to buy and easy to install, so that's working again!
As for a "Water Softener system"; what is recommended for RV's, or more specifically, a GD Imagine, if applicable?2020 GD Imagine 2970-RL

To add to the above, you would also want to check and replace your Anode rod, if your Hot Water Tank is equipped with one.
Check your Owners manual or look up your model number on the Internet to determine if you have an Anode rod and which rod to purchase. You should check and clean out your Hot Water Heater annually and check/or replace your Anode rod at the same time.David and Peggy
