    Front Cap LED Lighting Sealant

The pictures are the LED lighting on the front cap. It appears the sealant is "running". It is sticky to the touch. Has anyone seen this? The rig is still under warranty. I just noticed it last week and weather has been cool in FL. The RV is semi storage in open. Guess I will have to contact GD.

I have not seen this. Since it's still under warranty, I agree that contacting your dealer is the best place to start.

Wow, looks like the sealant is defective or they didn't use the correct one. I'd also go the warranty route.

Agree with what the others said. It could also be it was washed and waxed with something incompatible.

    Just an update.......
The dealer determined the "sticky glue" was part of the plastic on the LED strip that appeared to melt. They stated it worked its way into the paint. It now has to go to body shop for a full front cap paint??!! They have contacted GD to get authorization to paint. Have not heard yet if GD authorized.
Unit has been at the dealers for 1.5 months and still has not been to body shop
    Will keep you posted.
