Go to the hot water heater, remove the cover, flip the on/off switch a time or two and then bleed all of the air out from the relief valve until you have a steady stream of water. At the same time run every faucet inside and out to clear the lines. If the rig was winterized you may have an air lock thats preventing the hot water from flowing.

Maybe it is still winterized and the hot water line is turned off, being bypassed.
