I would spin the hub slowly and mark the position or stud that is rubbing. Then take the drum back off and see if that stud is protruding more than the others on the inside.
If it is, you can use a hammer to seat the stud all the way into the drum.

Can you also include a picture of the inside of the hub that the noise is coming from?

Have you personally checked the studs with a straight edge? The bottom ones look like they may be touching the magnet a bit. But could be just the shadow.

Process of elimination - My next move would be to tie wire the magnet back away from the brake drum. Then re-install the brake drum. This should provide clearance between the brake drum and the magnet. Spin the hub and see if the noise goes away. This should help isolate the issue. If it does I would verify the magnet is the correct size (width) as it maybe dropping into the machined holes the studs go into as the drum is turning.

So i swapped it out with a drum from a another wheel. Still makes the same noise. Something to do with magnet. I did connect the truck pulled the trailer forward backward etc hit the trailer brakes, same issue. Asking etrailer for a replacement, as there is something off with what i believe is the magnet assembly.

Did you try, as someone suggested, restraining the magnet so it can't touch the drum, and see if the noise is still there? Perhaps the spring is too strong, too long? Just reaching for things.
