equalizer bent inward
My equalizer is bent inward. It has bent so far that it has bowed the frame. This is on the curb side, the equalizer on the street side is also bent but not as bad. We are only on interstates and primary roads.

Sorry to say, that doesn't look like a job for a DIY'er. A trailer shop should be able to get you fixed up. Do not take it to an RV dealer, what you need for that is someone knowledgeable about trailer suspension parts.

Whoa! Good chance you're overloaded and made one too many table spin turns (i.e., backing jack-knifed). Obviously need repairs to straighten and reinforce and likely will need to replace bushings, shackles, and maybe the equalizers. All doable, and I recommend getting on the scales right after and adjust accordingly.

I agree with even about needing a good trail repair shop. They can either fix or replace those spring hangers and tell you what else might be needed.
Consider a MorRyde X-Factor brace across all three hangers to reduce the chances of this happening again. They are a great investment.
It seems to me that somehow the shackles flipped on the equalizer. This happens sometimes when the tires get raised off the ground but normally self correct when lower again. It doesn't seemed to have happened this time.Larry KE4DMG
