Florida State Parks Reservation System

I'm really struggling with the FL state park reservation system. Has anyone come up with a best way to get into the system exactly when reservations start? I usually am poised at the "select furthest date" screen but it seems like they don't make the system available at exactly 8am..

It's not Uncommon in many states to release the site inventory at 8 am. Just be ready to pounce

Good luck! Been trying for a site @ Bahia Honda for a week. Usually 15-20 people checking out a site at 8am 11 months in advance. ALWAYS gone even though I am right there clicking like crazy at 8am.

About 10 years ago we hit the trifecta and got three two week state park reservations in the keys. All back to back. It'll never happen again!
