    schwintek slide ,bedroom closet

    we are on a road trip in texas,the schwintek slide in our bedroom which is a closet is not closing well,it seems to shutter when
    closing and brings one side in at a time a couple inches each time.Can i fix it or just stop using it until i get home and back to
    the dealer.

    the batteries are charged and i only bring it in when hooked up to hydro

    Do you make sure that you open and close it completely in one step? IOW, do you hold the button down the entire time the slide is moving, and don't let up until about 5 seconds after it stops?

    I took it that he watched the synchronization videos and synchronized the slide

    One video showed the slide extended fully and brought in 8 inches and put back out 3or4 times and another video
    showed extending the slide only 2-4 inches and brought back in and closed ,repeat that process 3or4 times.
    I did both.At the present time the bedroom slide is going out and back in evenly.
