(full RVtrader post with 45 pictures is right here: https://www.rvtrader.com/listing/5025275737 )

We picked up this custom order less than a year ago in April 2022, ordered specifically with the hard-to-find king size bed and double-paned windows which make a big difference in the Florida heat.

We are big on making the space our own, so we removed the couches in the living room and bunk room for a completely open floor plan. The upgraded dining option with storage bench and table and chairs is still there.

We opted for most of the other extra factory options too like the second AC plus all these aftermarket upgrades we've added since then totaling over $6,000:

- Washing machine installed (~$1,200)
- WaterDrop reverse osmosis drinking water system under kitchen sink (~$1,000)
- BW Companion 5th Wheel Hitch with Ford Puck System (~$1,000)
- ClearSource Ultra 3 Stage filter system (~$500)
- Bathroom fan upgraded to a Fantastic Fan (~$500)
- all 6 red round and magnetic leveling jack blocks for extra stabilization (~$300)
- Custom bunk drawer slide for easy to reach bunk storage (~$300)
- Upgraded Water Pump (~$200)
- On The Go water softener (~$200)
- Large dehumidifier (~$200)
- 6 Yellow Jack Pads to use Blocks on Hard/Soft (~$180)
- LevelMate Pro (~$180)
- Ring Security System (~$150)
- King Pin Tripod stabilizer (~$120)
- Extra Sewer Hose holder installed underneath to fit extra hose & sewer elbow (~$100)
- 2 X-Chocks (~$80)
- Rear Extra Support/Stabilizer (~$80)
- Skylight covers fitted for two skylights to keep out heat/light during the day (~$40)

There were a few minor build issues we had addressed right during delivery like a broken drawer and an untacked wall.

The only major issue we had was a loose wire that intermittently cut power to the bunkhouse, and we had that fixed professionally by LazyDays under warranty months ago and all good since.

We haven't had any other problems, and it's been solid as a rock over several trips these last several months.

No smoking or pets ever inside, but like a great pet that we will miss and are sad to say goodbye to, we would love to see this RV go to a good home and/or become a great home for someone else.

If you have any questions about anything or want any different pictures or to schedule a time to come by and look at it in person, just let me know.

I'll be glad to walk the new owner through each and everything we learned, including our checklists we've made for travel days that are specific to this exact RV.

Thanks and Happy Camping (or Glamping like we did in this)!
