Staying at an HH location on the border of OH and MI. Owner's brother works (worked) in Elkhart and is now unemployed. He says nothing is being produced and layoffs are the order of the day across the board.

Shipments have been increasing for at least 10+ years. What is the benchmark for shipments? I don't think there is one since they've been increasing YOY for the most part. A 50% drop is not good but again without a bench mark what does it mean? It more than likely means that the market has been flooded with new RV's in recent years and is just now starting to settle back to a norm.

Just sold our 2018 Imagine 2400bh. I paid 25k out the door w a slide topper included. This was back in 2017. Fast forward we just sold it for 24k and I had people lining up for it. Got 30% off msrp back then.

We just bought a 2023 Imagine 2910bh. I paid 45k out the door w a slide topper also included. Comes out to around 31% off msrp.

Just noticed the msrp off the 2024s have decreased.

I just looked at the GD MSRP on the 303RLS. It’s come down from about $83,000 at the beginning of the year to about $78,000 today. We bought in February of 2021 and it was about $65,000.
