Is the outside television removable or extendable or can it be angled??

It is removable. It's just a simple slide over mount so to remove the TV you just lift straight up. It's just hanging on the mount. I have considered replacing that mount with a scissor type mount so I can extend it out and angle. Would be really easy to do, but it's low on the to-do list.

Some of these type mounts have what for lack of a better term I will call a lever that keeps the TV from bouncing out of the bracket. It needs to be disengaged in order to lift the TV out. One of my 3 TVs had this.

That would be smarter! All the 395, 397, and 399 we had looked at had this same mount as mine. I only know that because I've looked at several to see how they are wired. The outside TV isn't wired into the speakers next to them in any way... completely drives me nuts!!

I can’t find a lever you referenced but the tv can NOT be lifted off the mount. Any pictures of the lever and any advice on how to access this lever??
