    Soundbar for 303RLS?

We have the standard 32" TV in our Reflection 303 but would like to enhance the sound while we are watching regular TV. Does any use a soundbar? If so, what kind would you recommend? Thanks.

You can use the DVD player, select Aux, sound goes through the ceiling speakers now. For me it helps as I don't hear so well anymore.

We did the same as Don & Judy last year but installed a Vizio 5.1 surround system this spring. My wife lost hearing in one ear due to cancer in 2003 and thus one of the key reasons we upgraded the sound. Sound is fantastic and even with the AC on we rarely turn above 1/3 volume. The long front speaker is 42" long I believe so we have to sit it near the front edge so we can still open and close the cabinets doors on the left and right sides of our TV. We take it down and lay it on the couch when we travel. The subwoofer is plugged in and sits behind the theater seating and the satellite speakers sit one on the rear edge of the table the other on the table beside the couch since we did not want to permanently mount.

Mike, we have a 337 but the entertainment center looks the same. I added a blu-ray player in the upper left cabinet and ran an HDMI cable down inside the cabinet to a Samsung soundbar that sits on the shelf just below the TV. I also mounted the wireless sub-woofer behind the fireplace. Here's a link to the thread about the sub-woofer: http://www.mygrandrv.com/for...Sub-Woofer-Mod

edit: I just noticed that our entertainment center doesn't have the 2 cabinets next to the TV but I still think it would work for you. As others have said, you would probably have to move the bar a but to access those cabinets but I'd rather do that than nor.

Thanks luckeyd1, we just got home from a 30 day 4,000 trip and while taking stuff out I tried the aux and that might work for a while. We will check it out on our next trip in Sept.

We tried the Aux and overhead speakers, better than the TV speakers but not by much. Got a small soundbar (Vizio SB3820) from Walmart for $98. Mounted it on the wall behind the TV. Not as good as a 5.1 with subwoofer, but a whole lot better than before.

I mounted an LG 2.1 sound bar under the TV. I used Command Strip picture hanging adhesive velcro strips to keep it in place while traveling. I used the headphone jack on the TCL TV since the TV doesn't have an optical out. I also put the sub in the cabinet next to the fireplace. Drilled a small hole in the unfinished wood inside the top back of the cabinet for the sub wire. I did also raise the TV an inch as the sound bar blocked the remote sensor on the TV. That was pretty simple too. Just unscrew the TV mount, raise it an inch and screw it back in. I also replaced the ceiling speakers with Sony 3ways. I posted pic on Facebook.
