Online source for electrical wiring
Finally got my cells and my build is about to start.
I'll be heading to town this week for some supplies but was wondering if any had a good online source for electrical wires to give me something to compare to other than Amazon.Steph & Lise

I've actually found some wiring cheaper at a local Home Depot than online which was surprising to me. I've also ordered wires via ebay and been happy with that route as well. Also of course gotten wiring from Amazon as well.

You didn't mention what size cable you are looking for, but a welding supply place will have a selection of welding cable.....very flexible and my have some Red too. If all they have is Black, buy a roll of Scotch 33 phasing tape in Red and you can tape the ends of the Pos. cables about 3 or inches away from the lug to signify that it's the Pos. cable. Also, make sure you buy a good quality lug and some decent crimpers for the lugs. Clean the lugs with fine sandpaper if there is any oxidation or discoloring.....then clean with alcohol before hooking up.

Thanks you all for replying so quickly. @xrated for now, this is just for between the batt, bms and fuse. I could get away with 8awg for now as simply a drop in replacement but will require 2awg or even 2/0 later on when I add an inverter and the load increases. My bms does go up to 200a.

Great point by xrated that welding cable specifically is much easier to work with. It's worth spending a little extra for it if you need to route into some tight runs.

Cheap wire can also be copper-clad aluminum, not as good as pure copper.
