Electrical frustration!!

I have a 2022 Imagine xls 23BHE that I just picked up a few weeks ago and I can’t figure out why the battery monitor shows a max of 47.9% on the battery display but the battery is at 13.23v. I’m very new to rv’s and don’t understand battery anything. Does anyone have any ideas on why the battery display would be at only half when the battery is above 13v?

It has a single wet cell interstate battery and has been plugged in for the past two weeks and hasn’t charged past 48%.

I am not sure what you have for a monitor but my 1st guess is it may be set for lithium batteries. A picture or make and model of the monitor my help

The battery monitor is a furrion high precision battery monitor. I’m still trying to figure out how adds photos on this platform.

This link has a link to a manual, apparently there is a sync process that needs to be ran periodically. I am not familiar with this monitor but it is worth a try.

You will have to calibrate it. Below is a link to the instruction. Unfortunately, they want you to fully discharge the battery which is never a good thing.
