Does it have a hand held wand?
Are you sure the water is off?
Does it stop eventually?

The water is definitely off. It is a hand held wand. It does not seem to stop eventually.

It sounds like the faucet isn't shutting the water off completely. Is it hot water or cold? If you disconnect the wand, does it leak at the connection where the wand connects? There may be some sand or grit in the faucet not allowing it to seal completely.

Well they will drip for quite awhile. Lot of water in the hose
Did you take the hose and let it hang to empty it

Ours will drip a long time if I don't lower the head and shake it until both the hose and head are empty (the head cal hold a fair bit of water). I do this after each shower.
