    TV replacement

    Hi,
I'm a new member to the GD Forum. I have a 2018 Imagine 2150RB and I need to replace my TV. When I look at the back of the TV I can see that the mounting screws for the bracket are located behind a plate and there is no room to remove them. On the TV end of the swing arm there appears to be a "V" slide in mount. Should the TV just slide up and out of this bracket? It will not just slide up without some force and I am afraid of breaking something. Is there a locking screw or tab I'm not seeing? Do I have to disassemble the swing arm or remove the screws with a vice grip?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The television side mount of the VESA is meant to fit snuggly. Our 295RL has the same VESA mount on our 40" TCL factory setup. As for removal, yes, it should just lift off the VESA arm that it attached to the wall.

You may need to relieve some pressure by ensuring to keep the tele as vertical as possible while trying to lift it off - by tilting the top back a little while also keeping the bottom straight while holding the tele.

Take your time and be sure to unhook all wires and have plenty of room to manuver before trying to remove it.

Welcome to the forum @imagine2087, glad to have you with us. Looks like you've already gotten some good advice from @trailrydr on your TV mount. Let us know what else we could help with.
