Trace the wire from your controller box, likely mounted on the middle of the ceiling of the front storage area, over toward the battery.
Had the exact same issue.... yes inline fuse....blown when installing batterys...

On my '18 I had an issue a couple of months back where the controller would not wake up , control panel on the outside compartment door was inoperable. Took an ice pick to the little reset button on the inside controller. Within two minutes it woke up everything has worked properly since then.
    Might be worth a try

not sure what i saw as i was just replacing a switch in the control panel. But it looked like a leveling system
board mounted across from the back side of the switch panel .

but this board was vertical and most levelers controls are horizontal... so because i didn't pay enough attention to this i am not sure what is it.

if anyone knows.. i would like to know--my rig is a 2022 solitude 378mbs

Your converter should be supplying 12volt power to slides and leveling systems unless solitude’s are a completely different beast

Must be a fuse blown imo. Anyway you have a tech coming so you are all set

    Good luck
I believe that Solitudes require battery power to operate the hydraulic leveling system. It will start but then click out if you try and run them off of converter only. At least thats what mine is like.

There is a fuse in front compartment and ours was not visible they actually tucked it behind the compartment panel on left side if your in compartment.
Ours has gone out twice now
Not worth paying tech for .25 fuse
