    31MB Bunkroom door

Has anyone taken the barn door down and replaced with a permanent door or wall? If so, can you show pictures and how hard was it. Has it caused any air flow issues?

I have not done it, but I have to ask why do you want to? We use both doors pretty consistently. My granddaughter especially when she's mad about something...

Movement going down the road is one reason, bottom "track" piece has already broken and only been camping 4 times. Our daughter, son in law and infant daughter use that room, was thinking it would be added privacy for them as well. We dont use it as a doorway, have a rack at the end of the island with our coffee pot and toaster oven.

Yeah, we had that happen too. I made a guide for it that was out of wood, and longer which has not failed in several years.

Had not thought of that, will tell my husband and see what he can make for it. Thanks for the idea

I posted the modification somewhere on here. I'll see if I can find it.

Can't find the post. Here is a picture of what I made. I also have a guide in the picture that I bought from Amazon that did not work (The black metal guides). Please note that this is screwed to the floor, not to the flimsy wall. Click image for larger version.
