    Help 2018 27' Imagine

Just got a 2018 2150RB filling the fresh water tank for the first time the overflow valve starting draining almost immediately was filling from the city water hook-up the manual says to always leave the overflow valve open? The panel inside shows the tank is empty not using gravity fill port for the fresh water tank. The overflow valve is located underneath the left or passenger side close to the front tire. And got another valve that's frozen open underneath on the other side right or drivers side and it's closer to the front of the trailer I have no clue what it's for. Can't find anything about it in the owners manual. What is that valve for and why is my tank not filling. Unless it's the fresh water tank drain and I just have brain damage.

    Thank you.

    Help 2018 27' Imagine

Well there should be two on the drivers side. Red and blue. Those are your low point drains. They need to be closed if you want to use any water

The main drain for the fresh water tank is quite obvious and fairly large. The overflow is over beside this. The only way it is pouring water is the tank is full. Is that possible?

Pics would be very helpful btw. The more I think of your post “overflow valve needs to be open”. My setup isn’t like that at all. I can’t close my overflow

Did you test any of this before you bought it?

What happened when you try to fill the gravity port?

Does this overflow valve underneath have a white handle? If so, it's the fresh water tank drain valve and should be shut.

I recently looked at a 2016 2600rb, there was NO overflow valve. The way the tank system works is a hose is attached to top of tank and it routes to the side and down. It is a hose without any valve. As the name implies, if too much water is "pushed" into the tank, it will simply drain out from the top; ie.. overflow. The valve on the bottom of tank is to drain the white tank at your discretion. It is otherwise always closed.
