Are All Wet Bolt Brands Created Equal
I just finished up getting my new 6K axles under my 220RK and was wanting to get spare wet bolts as the are a one use item due to the thread deforming lock nuts.
I have X-Factor cross member installed so need Grade 5 9/16 x 3.4" bolts per the X-Factor installation sheets, they step down to 7/16x20 threads. The extra length is to fit through the X-Factor backing plates
So I went looking and pricing is between $4 and $26 each E trailer has Lippert brand $26 and MORryde at $15. Then there is a Dexter 007-236-01 of the correct dimensions that are $5 or $30 for a 6 bolt set depending on the placed ordered from. Amazon also has various sellers as well as Ebay
So is there any difference between brands. Right now leaning toward the Dexter for my spares.

I've always used Dexter, no good reason, they were just the ones I picked first time and have been happy with them. Not all locknut for the wet bolts deform the threads. Some are a flanged lock nut and tighten without ruining the threads.
