    Battery Charging

We have a 2019 2600RB Imagine. Can anyone tell me the correct position for the power switch {red handle} when connected to shore power that will also charge the onboard battery at the same time?

I have a 2020 Design 260RD. I am looking at replacing the battery and the owner's manual states one is to use a 24 or 27 battery. Is my unit restricted to this battery type vs some other 100ah batteries that fit my storage area but are 31 or other battery types, while still 12 Volt.

I believe those are the form factors that will fit in the storage area designed for them to fit. I would think that as long as it fits, and has the storage capacity it will be fine. I do think the deep cycle battery is recommended rather than the mixed use.

I would not use anything but a deep cycle, for sure. So the 24-27 numbers are strictly related to the battery holding area. Good to know.

I just got a new 270BN and all I've had time for is taking it home and plugging it into the 110v (normal house) outlet. I don't have a 50amp at the house (yet anyway) and I can't get the battery to charge past 67.1%. Is that normal? Should it charge to 100% eventually? It's been plugged in for days now.

What are using to base the 67.1% on? Have you physically checked the voltage with a VOM? Lead acid battery, or Lithium? Just the one battery? Is the Battery Disconnect Switch turned on? The red switch in place and turned.

The 67.1% comes off the meter in the RV. (the furrion battery monitor) The battery is the one that came with the RV...not even sure what it is. Just the one battery. The battery disconnect switch is on.
