    Loose inside steps

One of the steps going to the upper level on my Reflection 150 260RD is loose. According to GD tech, the stairs are installed with pin nails then puttied over. I don't see any evidence of that. Anyone had this issue and how did you resecure them?

The steps are still fine on my 260RD, wondering if you could glue it down?

It's possible if I were to pry it off. Then I would know for sure how it's installed. I thought of removing the carpeted piece above and below to have a better look. Waiting for any replies first.

We had a loose step but GD fixed it when the trailer was at their facility for another issue. I never noticed any sign of what was holding it in place when it was loose
You may be able to see a nail sticking out of the wall in the basement once the wall hiding all the loose wires and plumbing is removed

If you remove the pass through wall you will have easy access to the bottom of the stairs. Just work some glue into the loose step joint.
