Are LEDs CV or CC?
Are the LEDs in the living room Constant Current or Constant Voltage?

My bet would be constant current since the voltage may vary some with the state of charge of the battery when not on shore power.

Neither. They will receive whatever the line side of things is supplying. They will draw the wattage they are rated for within the variance supplied by the line (converter/battery/etc.).
ETA:
